    I know EXACTLY how you feel. Last week was midterms for me.
  • Down 1 lb. I guess that is better than nothing. I'll take it seeing that I have been sick all week. I have had a bad sinus infection. I have just now started to breath. YEAH!!

  • Okay so I didn't post last week. I was away on my weigh in day (Monday)and the day after that so I didn't have my own scale to refer to. When I weighed myself on Wednesday I was up 1/2.

    I have a had a week of fluctuations. I am still within my caloric target for the week but there are two things that I think have had an impact. #1 is lack of sleep. I always find when I don't get enough sleep the scales don't move as I like. #2 Hard time with the water.

    Although I fluctuated all week, I have still netted a small loss. Tommorrow is my official weigh in but so I am hoping for a better report tomorrow but for right now I am down another 0.6.

    I am so looking forward to saying I am down 20 pounds!!!
  • Well I did not weight in today I had chips last night with my kids while we watched a movie so I will wait until next week. I don't have chips often so I am not too worried.

    Well, I am going to weigh in tomorrow (Monday) morning... I feel like I had lots of salt this weekend and not much water -- not to mention chocolate! It's also now my TOM, so we'll see what the scale says tomorrow.

    If it says the same as last week, I will be happy. If it says more I will be a little annoyed, but I'll know it's water retention from all the salt + TOM. I hate TOM, not for obvious reasons, but also because it makes us retain water. How annoying that it messes with our weigh-in's.

    Uggh.

    But hey, that'll be over in a week! KEEP IT UP LADIES! We've got about 35 days till GOAL!!! Let's make EVERY DAY COUNT!!!

  • If you guys don't mind I'm going to join in late. This is exactly what I need to get me to ONEderland. My goal is going to be 11 lbs. It may seem alittle much but with the proper nutrition and exercise. I can do this.
    My weigh in day is Wednesday. I'll check back then. Thanks.

  • Down a pound for weigh in this week. Would have liked more but hey, a loss is a loss. I was down a half from yesterday so that is a positive.

    Not looking good for my goal of 4.5 lost by St. Paddy's (which is half of my Easter goal)
