    hey i made the best stuff for dinner th other night... ummm italian sweet turkey sausage, portobello mushrooms, onions, diced tomatoes and then topped it with ff shredded cheese..

    my mom said now u need some rice or some noodles and I Said .. NOPE really dont need those.. isnt it weird how we have been brain washed that we gotta have pasta or rice with a dish?

  • Val-first thing I noticed when I logged on was that you had made it to One-derland! Congrats!!! You need to do something nonfood and special for yourself.

    No, I didn't go to the conference yet. That's next week. I ran into someone from medical school today in the hospital. We stood in the hallway staring at each other because we recognized each other but not sure from where. You know how that is. She's an anesthesiologist at the hospital. I'm a lot thinner than I was in med school too. That was interesting. She's still a string bean.

    I went to visit a new doggie day care this weekend that opened up in my neighborhood. The boys may be going to daycare a few days here and there in the future when I have long days so I don't have to worry about running home to let them out. Buddy isn't up to date with his kennel cough vaccine so I had to make him an appointment for next week to get that first. He should have it anyway since we've been going to the dog park some.

    I actually went to power yoga this weekend. The first time since I hurt myself in January and I plan to go to pilates again tonight. Two weeks in a row. I think we are starting some kind of pattern here.

    I better get going to pilates. TTYL.
