  • I am low carbing for sure right now...gained a few pounds from the holiday and being sick...so here is todays plan.....

    3 little beef smokies, and saurkraut ( 1/4 cup)

  • 12/1 home-made chili without beans.

    12/2 smoked ribs without sauce, salad and coleslaw.
  • Today looks like more lil smokies and saurkraut for me ( I will eat 5 today and about 1/8 of a cup of kraut.
  • Corned beef slices and w/melted swiss cheese
  • I had a LC wheat tortilla with pepperoni and cheddar cheese. 12/3
