WTG everyone

Sounds like there's alot of success happening around here!

Keep it up, even if you leave me in the dust...
This week I did:
Oct. 10 - 10 miles
Oct. 13 - .5
Oct. 14 - .5
Oct. 16 - 2 miles

That's 13 miles plus the five I had the first week - for a total of 15 miles....
It doesn't look like I'll make 100 miles for October,

but I'll do the best I can.
Since my weigh in on Wednesday I have made a personal commitment to exercise at least 20 minutes every day. So far I've only oops'd on Friday.
Anyways, I expect I'll be adding signicantly more miles next week.

PS I think I need to get on the pedometer band wagon too!
