hi everybody
So, my reason for coming back to school early was that I could focus on studying - I just found out the library is closed until the 8th. I'm one of those people that don't do well studying at home (too many distractions - Netflix,

), but I really need to get started so I hope pressure will force me to do so.
On a good note, the weather is supposed to be nice the next couple of days, so I can go run.
I tried this new workout DVD last night: jackie warner extreme cardio workout. Has anyone tried it? The lady scares me a bit (SO MANY MUSCLES!!) and I'm not sure what the cardio was supposed to be, but my legs and shoulders are sore today. So, must be good

NightAngel26 It's pretty weird, the more busy I am, the better I am with eating and exercise. So I'm glad to be back at school

About the 1000cal diet: try to make sure you eat healthy. I personally would find such a low calorie diet hard to maintain, so maybe kick-start and then find something a little more sustainable? But also don't take diet-advice from me, at the moment I'm better at gaining than at losing

pnkrckpixikat no worries about the angled push-ups! I don't have a lot of arm-strength, so after one year of doing it regularly, mine still aren't too great. My crossfit coach/trainer/instructor/person/whatever it's called said the important thing is the posture, so I try to focus on keeping my back straight and stomach hard instead of dropping down super far.
