    Waist: 34" (I believe I measured this too far up the last time.)

    Underbust: 33" (New measurement which was probably the same at my first set of measurements)

    Total inches: -3.75
    Although, how is it possible I have lost inches but not a big loss in weight? I've lost only 2lbs since June 1st but I have noticed my jeans have been a bit loose on me though. Could this be from the walking I have been doing? Come on stomach and hips! Time to shift that weight off... I'm not too bothered about my legs or arms. I'm comfortable with them. I know a lot of ladies don't like to lose from the bust but I'm hoping to go down a back size or even two with a couple of cup sizes at that. Overall, pretty pleased!

    This month I really amped up my cardio routine, and I guess it has been working. Next goal: start strength training to boost definition!

    It's now 2 months since I had a long plateau month where my weight either refused to move or slowly crept up (fixed by taking a 2.5wk break from the gym and having a nice eating holiday for 10 days in Asia) and only recently started losing again.

    Bust - 30" with unpadded bra...

    Waist - 24"
    Hips -32.5"
    Thigh - 18"

    Weight - 100lbs

    Total inches lost - 5"
    Weight lost - 4lbs

    Managed to just hit goal today ! Now to see if it sticks since I think it was the product of getting back on coffee yesterday since a couple of weeks without.

  • OK, last time I did this was about 3 months ago. Today:

    Bust 34.5 (down 3.5, but I'm also wearing a new bra)
    Waist 29 (down 4, but I measured standing, not sitting & after dinner, this time!)
    Hips 36 (down 4)
    Thighs 18.5 (down .5)

    I'll take it! Although I'm never going to have the slim waist of some of you!

  • This is an interesting thread. I think we put too much emphasis of lbs and not enough on inches loss. So here's where I'm at this month and I 'll update each month.
