Yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy though not all blackberries are created the same. Plus, I don't think I am doing this right. All this math. Not my thing but it was good. The sheet should not list almond milk as dairy since it only has almonds in it. I wish I could treat it as my protein I had my cereal with it after my yogurt. I did not put any in my coffee like I had yesterday. Something tells me I may be going overboard with that. I suspect there is more flexibility with this phase than I think. So, I will have to play around with it. Not everyone can have wheat so the grain part of this may prove challenging. As it stands I do less than a full portion, just in case. I will say this. That Chobani is made of win. Hmmm, that creamy texture. And who needs sugar anymore? I drop my Stevia in everything. Yum o' yum.

Isn't that the case? Because this is a big breakfast I had to wait a bit to eat. But, it was hard for me not to bound out of bed and jump into my berries and yogurt. But, since we have to eat the whole breakfast at once, I waited but I couldn't stop thinking about it yesterday. I will say this, by the end of the day I had to force my evening snack. I just did not want it.
Also my insane cravings from the past week or so just disappeared. Which is odd because it is still TOM. Seriously, no cravings for anything just dreaming and drooling about breakfast the next day.
A couple times last week I had two restricted I was that insanely hungry. That was something I had done only twice on P1. But, I guess when your body is ready to be off this diet, it's ready.
