    I spent the day washing, cleaning, etc. It was a normal Monday for me.

  • Hi all! Back on WW. Should be interesting. lol So far so good. I weighed in for the first time today. I was down 3 pounds. I thought that was good since I ate chinese food and pizza yesterday. Went over on daily points by a few, so I didn't do bad at all.

    I am starting a low impact aerobic class next Monday. The class is 9-9:45. The WW weigh in is at noon on Monday, with meeting at 12:30. A friend of mine told me that she didn't think I should get weighed on the same day that I have class. She really didn't give a reason why. Any thoughts on this? Off to change tracker once again. lol
  • Hi Tammy--I don't think i'd exercise the day of WI.
    You are going to sweat and drink water. There goes the actual weight!
    That's my opinion.

    I'm on day 5 of blast off week and I'm really trying to watch-I have gone a bit over the 1200 calories a few days but not by too much so I think I'm okay -

    I may have my condo in Edmonton rented!! keep your fingers crossed should know later today

  • I am so happy! I lost 1.6 lbs this week. That takes me to 11.4 lbs. I hit my next 5. All that on a holiday week end, not bad. Hope everyone is doing great. Have a super week!

  • Hi everyone! So glad to see everyone is so active and doing so well OP!

    Busy here! I am still at UPS .......killing my back! eeeeks! I did have an interview for a Human Resource Manager for a really great company. Soooo, we'll see where that goes. If I get that one....I will have to drive 30-40 minutes one way to work.....

    I started WW faithfully this last week (again)......I was down 4#. I still need to exercise and get better with my water intake!

    I'm just finishing Blast off week with Richard Simmons - I don't think I lost a lot but I think I lost a bit - I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning. I just got adopted by 2 kittens - they're 8 weeks old and just about the cutest I've ever seen. I think 1's a male and 1's a female so I need some suggestions for names I'm no good at picking names. If I do decide on any I'll let you know.

  • Maureen, did you get the condo rented? I know what you mean about names. When I decided on my dog's name, I was listening to a song by Earth, Wind, & Fire. Their lead singer was Maurice!

    Jeanne, I'm with you on the exercise and the water. I start an aerobics class on Monday, so that should help.

    Tina, I just read back through some posts. Saw the one about Dannon Activia. I bought it once, and I ended up throwing it out. Just couldn't handle the taste. Ick. Adding the chocolate was a good idea!

    So far I feel like I'm doing ok on the program. On Wednesday, it was a day that all I wanted to do was eat! and I don't mean low point items. I went over on daily points and dipped into the 49 extra ones. I am tracking on the weekly tracker and I am tracking everything on e-tools. I may change from the Monday aerobics class if it is too easy. It says low impact, and I just saw that there is a medium impact on Tues & Thurs. I might do that one.

    My daughter-in-law works at the library, and she brought home a WW cookbook. I'll have to look through it and see what looks good.
