Thank you! I am getting in a not so good habit of not even tracking calories on the weekends. I do need to stop that in its tracks. I have been estimating my calories at 2500/day on weekends, but without actively tracking, who the heck knows. I routinely have 1100-1200 calorie days Tues-Friday. I consier this plan calorie cycling. It is not hard for me to keep my calories that low during the work week. It is nice to 'splurge' on the weekends.
When I updated my weight this morning on livestrong, it dropped my daily calories to 1300something. I was not comfortable with that. I changed my weekly goal to losing 1.5 pounds a week, and it bumped my calorie goal to 1600something! Woohoo! That seems like a lot.
Anyway, now that I've written you a novel about my plan, I will say, YAY for joining a gym. I hope your first weekend back at work goes smoothly.

I am on myfitnesspal and it has me for 2 lbs a week at 1610 calories a day. I don't think it will change anytime soon so. I am not feeling so positive lately. I can't seem to beat this eating at night. I don't know what to do. But I am sure to figure it out sooner or later.
