i didnt do anything today.
i'll do today's HIIT 20 in the morning. one of these weeks, i'll follow the workout schedule as listed. although, i'm not always finding time to do the recommended workout, i still do something in the TF dvd's.
i did the jump start week and im on week 4 of the regular workout plan. im down 13 pounds. almost halfway to my first 30 pound goal. i feel motivated to keep at it.
