  • i didnt do anything today.

    i'll do today's HIIT 20 in the morning. one of these weeks, i'll follow the workout schedule as listed. although, i'm not always finding time to do the recommended workout, i still do something in the TF dvd's.

    i did the jump start week and im on week 4 of the regular workout plan. im down 13 pounds. almost halfway to my first 30 pound goal. i feel motivated to keep at it.

    We are going out of town for the Memorial weekend. Swimming will probably be my workout for the next few days! I am so excited. I haven't been swimming in years! I bought a gorgeous new swimsuit, too! I will be back with my workouts on Tuesday. I hope you have a safe but fun Memorial holiday!

    Check-In: Bob Harper's Ultimate Cardio Body (Extreme Weight Loss Workout) mostly #5 & #8 on the upper body, iso moves I used #3, I am hoping to work my way up to using all #5 and #8, no #3's

    I have done this workout 3 times now and really like it. It's cardio and weights. If you want a tough workout you may want to look at this one. I think I already mentioned this, but I bought it from Sam's for around $9. I think it was a great buy.

    I'm back from my mini vacation! I swam every day and totally enjoyed it!

    I did an extra workout today since yesterday was a travel day and I didn't workout.

    ~30 MTF Circuit Burn (combined workouts (59 min) w/weighted gloves & #8's & #10's)
    ~TF Fire 30 w/weighted gloves
