    L - Spaghetti squash deep dish pizza with marinara sauce, mushrooms, olives, carmelized onions, lowfat cheese... green salad with olive oil dressing
    S - broccoli florets and orange pepper slices with hummus
    S2 - nuts
    D - spinach salad with Old Bay-steamed shrimp
    dessert - chia pudding made with almond milk

    L: veggie cassoulet with tons of veggies (squash, spinach, tomatoes, artichokes)
