    When you started at 300 did you stick to the same calories, or did you start higher? Did you hit any plateaus?

  • I know this thread is a bit old but I have to say WOW! I can't believe that at your height you looked as great as you did at 300 pounds and now you look stunning!!! Amazing job!! I am 5'5" and weigh 171ish pounds and don't look NEARLY as good as you do. Grrr at my body type. lol Again, great job!
