    Food was totally on plan yesterday so I know why I'm up: I RAN 1 MILE NON STOP YESTERDAY IN 12 MINUTES!!! I am so sore, so I know it's muscle repair/water weight and I am fine with that

    Put me in the category with those others who are up from yesterday. I was also OP and within my cals, but I had a very salty supper and not enough water in the evening. That and TOM coming yesterday (makes me more sensitive to sodium) has done me in. I better be back to normal tomorrow!
  • Ok, I am up too!!! But I know what it is. Chicken Nuggets. I am starting to sabotage my self. So I will stop. Stopped and got them again last night. UGH!!! Not sure whiy. Just did. Can't keep doing it. I also ran/walked hard for over 30 minutes yesterday and can still feel the sore. That little bit of up is ok. But the darn Chicken nuggets that is what is killing me.

    Jellofer - that is a true breakthrough! It is soooooo hard for a lot of women (including myself) to be comfortable in their own skin. But that is what it is all about. We have to love ourselves enough to take pride in us! And of course take care of ourselves. Truly inspirational! Thanks for sharing your experiences.

    Down a pound since the last time i checked in, but I'm nervous about the next couple of days. I'm visiting home and I'm afraid that my old habits are going to show up again...I was down to 203 in May when I came home for the summer.....and then I gained it all back & then some...I just get in a routine when I'm home where food is ever flowing and all my friends want to go to fatty restaurants.

    I've got to try to change that, but it's so hard. I did go on a four mile walk earlier today & some abdominal exercises. I don't think I'm going to lose weight while I'm here (till Tuesday), I'll of course try, but I'll hope for maintaining the weight while I'm home.
  • Was up yesterday and DOWN today. All you ladies up after being on plan everything that goes up must come down As long as your on plan that is ...doesn't work the other way around when your not OP... I've tried.

    LBLAZY- I know how hard it is to deal with that You feel like the world is trying to keep you fat It gets easier to say no

    DragonflyOnADiet- It's not over yet ....there is still time to get under. I was over almost all week and finally got back down. The funnest part of this challenge is that as long as you lose something your GW will keep getting smaller no matter if you make to it or not

    jellofer2- Chicken nuggets are evil but my favorite thing there. Okay the whole place is evil

    WOW Ms. Perception & losing4another that made me feel super~THANKS SO MUCH! ME & my hubby was acting silly and I said Look I am a tree hugger and he snapped the pic! then I actually got him to take a pic hugging the tree also~it was hilarous!
