  • 70 min -- elliptical warm up and then a session with my trainer

  • Thursday: 50 Minutes Aquafit + 60 Zumba = 110 Minutes
    Friday: 60 Minutes Aquafit + 50 Minutes Swimming Laps = 110 Minutes
    Saturday: Walking 60 Minutes (Walked all day but only counting 60 minutes as I was drinking wine during the breaks while visiting 6 Vineyards )
    Sunday: 60 Zumba + 15 Minutes Elliptical Trainer = 75 Minutes
    Monday: 60 Minutes swimming in Lake Tahoe (Swam all day but only counting 60 minutes since some of it was just splashing around. )

    Thursday through Monday: 415 Minutes

    Personal For Month of August: 433 + 415 = 848 Minutes
    Goal for Month = 2200 Minutes

    Group: 4539 + 415 = 4954 minutes
  • Went to Chicago, and did LOTS of walking, as usual. Going to count just 60 minutes as cardio.
    -60 mins walking.

    Personal Total: 675 + 60 = 735/1,500 mins.

    Group Total: 4,954 + 60 = 5,014
  • Hubby and I took a walk this evening: 40 min

    Group total ~ 5014 + 40 = 5054 min
