  • I am going to stay on plan for so many reasons. Among them, when I don't I am totally crazy.
  • I am going to stay on plan today because I have a date with 145lbs that I am trying to get to.
  • Because I bought a new top on Saturday... and it's fitted... and there was NO muffin top... and I got lots of compliments! Very inspiring. I have a "new lease on weight loss"!
  • Because I'm strong enough to not cheat.

  • I am going to be on plan today because I refuse to become any more of a yo-yo dieter than I've already been.

    I am going to be on plan today because I now have half a closet full of pants that are too tight to comfortably fit me. I paid good money for those skinny-arse designer jeans and they're supposed to sit on my bottom!

    I am going to stay on plan today because I know how GOOD it feels (both physically and emotionally) to BE on plan and I know that being off plan comes with a hefty helping of feeling like CRAP.
