My results for the thigh measurements are off. It says I gained, but I went from 24.5 inches to 24 inches.
In my post #78 there was a quote w/old then new measurements in two columns from a few weeks ago, then this week's measurements under the quote. Sorry for that formatting, the board squished my columns together.
Thanks for the update, and tallying things, joyra, and congrats to all the shrinkers!
frieden, your original thigh measurement was 23.5, so 24 is still a gain. I base all percentages from the very first set of measurements posted.
Speaking of, I haven't really been sure how to approach increases. Should I put percent increased? Gained? Just 0s?
Very few people have ever reported gains, which could be true that nobody ever gains but I know I gain all the time and lose again. I know we don't want to look like we're doing poorly.....
I mean I just assume everyone posts honestly and this is probably for nothing but especially for our final measurement, please report the actual measurement that you most recently got. Lately my waist has been 31 inches but with some salt and lack of activity, it could bloat up even an inch... the whole idea is to see how far you've come after 10 weeks, not the lowest we got each area during that time.
Is anyone interested in another inches challenge when this one finishes?
hi i know that i'm not already in your challenge, but i've been measuring as well as weighing to track my weight loss and i'd love to do the next challenge you have (if you choose to have another inches challenge)...thanks and good luck to all of you--you're doing great
