    I did soooooo much walking today and then I was startving. Stopped off in my favorite (and expensive!!) take away play - all organic veggie and vegan food! You serve yourself and they weigh the plate.

    Anyway - I used to get 2 full plates of food and soup (and their fantastic whole spelt bead & garlic butter).. but today, I got 1 med. plate - and that was it! I was full afterwards!! No need to pile it in unnecessarily - eh?

    Hope the scale is nice to me tomorrow....I want to join you in the 130's already, Robsia!!!

    Pshaw. I was hoping for more. The weekends are tough for me though, since I know I don't drink enough water at home. It's easier at work when I have my 1/2 gallon bottle right next to me. At home I'm moving around too much to think about it.

  • Tomorrow im starting classes at the gym. i have NEVER joined classes ata gym. Should be amsuing to report back about! hehe
  • OK, so I this morning and will go do a neighborhood walk with dogs tonight. I have (so far) been pretty good with food this week-end, so I hope to lose more in the next day or two. Tomorrow I weigh in for TBL--I'm hoping for a decent loss!

    bigmomma--The belly dancers are in your smilie list--to your right when you are posting. The crawling kitty is from the Halloween Challenge thread--our fearless leader gives those out for answering quizzes and weigh-ins. I'm not sure where she found all of them--some holiday ones are in our smilie list, though.
  • I didn't even weigh myslf today b/c I started my TOM last night... I did finally get some exercise. Just got back from a walk and actually jogged a bit with my dogs. I have 3 dogs. I want to go get on of those things that track how far you walk/jog/run etc. b/c I talk them on walks often...Usually I walk them up to East Atlanta Village (a area near my house with lots of bars and restaurants) and eat I figure it's better than driving to go eat
