I was sad to see Jerry go home last night. I really wanted him to stay, but it looks like he did great at home. Do you watch?

Shy- I watch EVERY week LOL, I love that show and look forward to it every year I was thrilled to see that Jerry had lost so much, he is a real inspiration to me. If he can do it in the shape he is in, there is no reason that we cant right

I dropped 2 pounds this week, wish it were a little more but I'll take it. Only need to lose 18 more to meet my Thanksgiving goal of 20 lbs.

I am so excited!!! Since I have went back on the south beach I am now under the 160 mark!!!! Oh yeah I am happy Now to just stick to it ...and this feels too good to mess up

Doing alright. TOM is here and I'm getting a cold or my allergies are acting up. The pounds are slowly coming off. I lost a pound. Trying to exercise everyday if I can.

Hi all I would love to join in this this challenge!! My name is Lori & I am a 35yr old SAHM to 4 daughters(ages 9, 5, 4, & 14 weeks)& 1 husband. I am an emotional eater and with my dad's death about a month ago my diet has come to a stand still and I have even gained back 5lbs. Since Thanksgiving is 8 weeks away i am setting my goal at 16 lbs. I think that it is possible. I am following weight watchers at this time since it seems to work beat for me.
