Hey Jane - something that I have found is these parmasean chips that I make when the boys break out the chips and dip and they are crunchy and full of flavor and really work for me... Just buy some "shredded parm" and put them in piles on a sprayed cookie sheet, i put some different spice on them sometimes, but I make a big batch then put them in a ziplock and they keep for a while... *(Something to try)*

As for me! Ok I can share this here Last night i took some pictures for my guy, because Sunday is our 1 year annivasary. I am not real comfortable with the way that I look but they are tastefully done, and My friend took them and she said they were awesome! So hopefully he will like them to... I also got a new thing to wear for that night! I am excited!!!!
My B/N WI today is the same as yesterday, EXACTLY! I knew that I would slow down from last week, the first 11 lbs fell off quick! Darnit!
Oh well I still haven't cheated.... That is the main thing right!
