I really need to get my butt into gear and get this weight off. My doctor prescribed me Xenical which I am starting in a week. I'm only supposed to be on it for NO MORE than three months she said, and she thinks it will help me get started. At first I was a little leary about doing it, but then I thought about it and realized it's not a "quick fix". I personally need to see results before I get motivated (a little contradicting I'd say..) But we'll see how it goes. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by Dec. 15th.. I hope I can do it


I'm 25 and I've got a whopping 200 to lose!!! I broke my foot and messed up my ankle a couple years ago. I've had surgery on it but the ankle is still very messed up. Anyway, so I've gained about 60 lbs. in the past couple years!!! I have been told there are a lot of things I cannot do when it comes to exercising. Pretty much the only thing that's recommended is water aerobics. So....I joined a gym that offers that. I'm scared to go but I HAVE to. I am looking for some people to partner up with for support and motivation! I am truley motivated!!!
