  • Good morning! Hope everyone's having a good day. For me...I'm doing ok. I'm pulling out of my funk mood so that's a good thing. I was running late for work again this morning but I did make myself make some toast to eat on the way to work. I even took the two minutes I needed to make something for lunch.

    My body is telling me it's hungry but I think that's because it thinks it wants a candy bar from the vending machine. I will win this battle though. I will not go eat the candy bar. I wonder though if maybe I'm not a bit hungry. I have an apple that I intended to eat for lunch...maybe I should eat that now. I'll think about it.

    I guess I should go for now. Not really much else to say. I'm having kind of a boring day today....let's hope it improves as the day goes on.
  • Well I got on the scale for my weekly WI today and I am down another 5.2lbs which makes a total of -11lbs in the two weeks I have been doing WW.

    I am only 4lbs from my memorial day challenge! I can not believe that I will actually meet my mim goal for once.

  • Hi everyone, I've been out of the loop since the Valentine's day challenge.

    I think I'm back on board now though. I'm going to go back to my first weight watchers meeting on Friday. The last one I went to was 3/2 and I was 192, on my own I've gone down 11 pounds.

    My goals for Memorial Day
    1. Be nearing 170 so 12 pounds down
    2. 1 hour of cardio 5X per week
    3. Strength train at least 4 times per week
    4. Make it to my meetings

  • Hello everyone hope ya'll are doing great and having a good day or night. I just got my new ticker up, I weighed and lost a pound already but I will not officially post my weight till my WI on Tuesday. Good Luck
  • I want to join too. I want to break the 160's by the end of May. I will stay on program and exercise at least 5 days aweek.

    Happy Friday all!

    Just wanted to check in quick... big weekend ahead so I will be off line until Monday... keeping my fingures crossed for W/I tomorrow... I have stayed with in my point but used a bunch of flex points this week and I don't normally do that so I am worried.

  • I have a busy weedend also. Our High School Choir is going to state today to sing (Yes I will be there to see my daughter) then Saturday is Prom - which my daughter is going so I will need to attend the festivites to see her get "announed" as she enters. My husband and son will be at a Boy Scouts camp out all weekend - so my frig is stocked with Smart Ones meals and frozen brocolli.
    Hope I can keep control since I am so close to my ulimate goal
  • I've lost another 2lbs. I'm almost at my 10lb goal.

    I will DEFINITELY make it before Memorial Day.

    And I've been going to the gym at least 3 days a week...sometimes 4.
    Slowly but surely.
  • Well girls I have to say i have been avoiding the forum and site because I haven't been doing very well...but i am going to a meeting in a few minutes and my kitchen is finally completed so I have no more excuses! I picked up my dress yesterday and it fits but isn't as loose as I wanted it and I wanted to have alterations..sooo I need to get back on track so here I am and I am aiming for 11 pound loss by memorial day! Lets do it!

    well I've planned out my wekk and restarted with lots of enthusiasm.
    I've made acontract and written up my goals so let's see how it goes.
  • Hi, I'm new to this thread and really the entire site. I love how you challenge each other.
    I'm going to challenge myself to be at 199 by Memorial day. I have a cruise to go on June 10th and I want to be under 200, preferably around 195.
    I'm going to step up my walking this week to three days. I just started in WW on 4/20/06 and lost 7.2 lbs in my first weigh in.
    This is a great forum and so much support from everyone.
