  • I am so thrilled with the response this goal challenge has gotten. This is helping me (as well as everyone else) so much. I am going to kick up my workout tomorrow and see if that helps my loss. Right now I am at about 1500 calories and I work out 5 days a week, I am going to add in another day of weight training.
