  • Happy to report after 28 days of watching what I eat and adding some exercise, my scale has gone down a pound!!!!! YAY!!!! It is about time. I also have lost another 1/2" off my waist.

    So now, I am 165 and 31 1/2" waist. So that makes my total points for the week:

    Last week did not go as well as I hoped. This week I am going to kick butt though! My goal is to go down 2 pounds this week! I want to be well into the 150s by the 7th (going to Florida)!

  • I was relieved to see that I was not the only one MIA this weekend! We had out of town guests Fri – Sun and a travel basketball tournament for my son so no time to check in. I must say that having to report to all of you has made me exercise EVERY DAY! I had not done that before, and even with the good Wine my guests brought I was able to loose 2 lbs this week! I may not be ahead in the rankings (I need to find more time to exercise), but I am very happy.
