  • Late last night I made sesame brittle. Ate too much of it. The brittle is going to practitioner's office. Not in the mood these days to deal with Christmas cards and gifts. But I must. Yesterday I looked great at the "holiday get together". Make-up, etc. but I had to wear a skirt because my black jeans no longer fit. I am up to a size 10 sigh. This is a rough holiday season. So dieting may be more difficult. I may decide to flip, and diet with furvor....
  • Finally have all the packages of cards almost ready to ship. Just have to pack, seal and put on the label. What a job this has been. Hundreds of cards. Then there are the cards that are for local people.

    Today I had an apple. Then I had a turkey thigh. I cut off the skin and visible fat before cooking. I then cooked the other turkey thigh. But That was breakfast and lunch. I went to the store to buy sesame seeds. Got some dark chocolate callets. Dinner will be around 300 calories.

  • Well, I never got around to having that wine yesterday. Today so far 2 green apples and coffee.
    By mistake I put on the wrong jeans today. Was surprised they were not too tight. Last time I tried, they didn't fit. So that's great news.

  • I think my low cal feta cheese is causing an allergy reaction in me. Sigh. Last night was pretty intense. Mlike a full throttle cold. So today no dairy.

  • yesterday was okay until I ate bittersweet chocolate and a fairly big free cookie at the grocery store. My guess is that it was 2 oz. That put me over the top.
    But today I dared to try on my summer skirt that does not have Lycra like my jeans. Or elastic waist like my silk pants. And the skirt did still fit. So that was a relief. Still I am def. feeling bigger than I want. I would LOVE to be 4 lbs less. But apparently am not willing to deny myself the comfort to get to that goal.

  • Been drinking lots of low acid coffee. But the creamer has too many calories.
    relieved that I Finally found a good tasting stevia sweetener after KAL changed their source. By far the best I tasted in quite a while. So color me very grateful.

    It's more expensive than KAL was. But worth it. I hope that soon it will go on sale.
    Its private labeled for my health food store so I don't know the brand. But it's organic.
    I use a lot of stevia since I started consuming large amounts of low acid decaf coffee.
