  • Nicki, it's great that you already have your bikini bod. I don't even know what my fat percentage is. Besides the scale I've only been measuring my waistline since I started, and it seems every ten lbs has been about an inch off. The belly jiggle will probably be the last to go. My butt and thighs will probably jiggle for life. I have gotten more toned through the chest and shoulders and have lost some boobage too, but I never had a lot going on up top so I'm okay with it.

    I wasn't pregnant after all. Whew. I'm so regular that being one week late kind of freaks me out.

    Anyhow...

    I'm 192.6 this morning. I'm slowly going back down where I was before last weekend. I wanted to see the 180s by Monday January 1st but I doubt it will happen. Weekends are my downfall.

  • Anything that works for you munchy! I weigh daily but I don't count it. I finally got my head in a place where the number doesn't matter. I guess weighing is pointless really.
