Freaking out about holidays!

  • I foresee that lunch will be a bit hefty. My plan is that afterwards when I'm full I will throw out the things that tempt me (pie and potatoes!) and hold ok to the turkey and ham. Yes this will work.
  • I could not wait to have a slice of pumpkin pie on thanksgiving day...what a let down...so sickly sweet and not how I remember it at all.

    I did eat more than normal and the next day I ate out and had a margarita. I had a glass of wine on thanksgiving day. I gained 1.6# over those 2 days.

    Today, December 3rd, I've lost the 1.6 lb.s PLUS 1 more.

    I think I got this....I'll be okay now until Christmas and then use the same plan/tools I did at thanksgiving.
