Well, the last couple of weeks, I have gained a bit, to the point where I am not over my three pounds range - eek!! It was TOM when I weighed last week, but I'm sure I can't blame it all on that.

I have maintained now for about 8 months without ever doing a phase 1 day, but now I'm thinking I may want to do some phase 1 time to get back to the bottom of my range. I have this feeling that I should not expect to lose like I did when I first started IP, but I am curious to hear about experiences with going back to phase 1. How did that work for all of you?
The whole idea is painful, but the idea of sizing out of all of my new clothes is worse - especially since I got rid of all the larger ones... Better to nip this in the bud, I think.
Advice anyone?
Nip it in the bud NOW! I debated with myself too long, and let it drift up to where I'm about +8lbs over where I want to be presently. I'm doing my best to stick P1-P2 in order to get things back down again, but finding it difficult to capture that same degree of enthusiasm and discipline I had during my initial dieting months. It'll be easier to deal with just an extra 3 lbs - I'm kicking myself now that I didn't get serious about it at that point.Originally Posted by Lizzy63

In fact, I'm correcting my ticker to show my current weight - that might help keep me motivated.....
