    I really need to get on it hard to make my goal! It was way easier to lose 2lbs a week when I was heavier..... but I'd rather be lighter!!

    NightAngel My big loss was just water weight & TOM. I took December off and 187.6 was my starting in Jan. and after a week back on I had that big loss. Not low carb. Just calorie counting!

    Unfortunately I'll be spending feb trying to lose the wt I gained this month

    HappyHoliday- Hey me too! I'm with you, oops on Jan.... I made no progress, I like food too much...maybe though you did change something? A small victory, new habit? Good luck, we still have a couple weeks til V-day, might se some progress right?

    Tontus-Still doing good, you rock! Yes, wish I could calorie count but I can't tackle cals, exercise, nutrient stuff and school/work...etc right yet....just one habit to change for now... doing the 21 day thread to try to start a new habit lol! See you around the boards!

    I think that I am too far from my goal to manage it by valentines day... I will keep on trying...
    I am more than 2% away and I didnt lose anything like 1% last week...

    I'm a PCOS lady and sometimes the weight just doesnt want to go...

    From Thurs - Sun the scale was holding at 175.8 and I was so excited then wham back up to 178 on Monday..... I guess on the bright side, I am still loosing!

    The numbers are really going down

    For me I lost and gained and am back losing.
    I started at 149, dropped 4 pounds somehow week 1, so was 145.
    Then I gained to 162, and now I've been 156.4.

    So for vday I'm guessing I may be around 153.
  • I know it's kinda late to join this challenge, but I have a mini goal, to get to 140 by Valentine's day. That would be 2 pounds in a week. Not sure if I can do it, but I will put it as my challenge.

    Ok so it may look bad that I actually gained, but I am SO happy to be seeing the number going down. I need to get back to 149 and also back to 145 which I saw last month. I made it up to 161 last month. With a few days left to valentines day I may even be at 150. That would be awesome.

    It is getting so hard to lose weight... I just realized yesterday that I am 2.8lbs away from no longer being obese, just overweight
