  • I'm all for this! My friend is visiting from Belgium at the end of the October, and I want to have lost at least 70 pounds by then! I love wowing people who haven't seen me since I started this journey. (Wait until my extended family sees me at Christmas!!)

  • I'm in! I really slacked off most of August but I am still hovering around 170 to 173, so not too bad. I am sure my weekend trip to Branson did not help either but I am ready to get back on and start again. I will aim for 7.5lbs this month instead of 10 because that will take me out of obese category, a definitely would-be-happy-with weight! Good luck to you all and let's have a great month!

  • I'm in! I pretty much lost nothing over the summer. Not that I wasn't trying...it's just really hard when I'm at my parents house. Way too much temptation for bad stuff. I'm back at my place now for school and I gotta get back on track and serious!

    I did manage to stay right around the same weight I was at the start of the summer (199), though. So that's good. With TOM coming really soon I'm up 2 pounds right now tho :/

  • I didn't do as well as I'd have liked this past month due to moving and being in a lot of bad food situations, so I'd like to suck it up this month and make some real progress! I'm going for my usual goal of five pounds.
