Glad you felt well enough to exercise and good for you for distracting yourself. I've heard that most cravings only last for 30 minutes, so I think to myself "Just give it 30 mins" and reassess then... Most of the time, I forget what I wanted before the 30 mins are up.
I just started back in on exercising last Tue after getting sick at the beginning of Feb. I forgot how good it felt to work up a sweat! While I love the mental benefits of working out, it's interesting to note that exercising doesn't have that big of an impact on actual weight loss. I've also heard people "Lose weight in the kitchen, get fit in the gym." So that makes me feel less bad about taking that break from exercise...
