CW: 138?????????????????? WHY!

GW: 127.8
I am starting to get extremely frustrated. I did see 136 on the scale several days ago but it didn't last and all of a sudden it has jumped back up to 138. I have been on track this week, getting enough water, not around TOM so I don't really know whats going on with my body. I am upset and a little discouraged by the number BUT I am determined to stay on track.
I am praying that it is simply because I added intervals and increased my running intensity and my body is just retaining water for the time being?
Does anyone think this could be the reason for the gain on the scale?


I feel like I am losing sooooooooooooo slowly. Especially with how much I still have to lose. Ugh! I am trying to remind myself that even if I just keep going at the pace I am, that I will be under 200 by April-ish. Oh well......onward! 
I didn't really go off plan. I only had a 1/2 of a homemade (by me) cupcake at my birthday party and then another 1/2 of another kind (by me, lol) on my actual b-day yesterday. I'm doing GREAT!
