    I am starting to get extremely frustrated. I did see 136 on the scale several days ago but it didn't last and all of a sudden it has jumped back up to 138. I have been on track this week, getting enough water, not around TOM so I don't really know whats going on with my body. I am upset and a little discouraged by the number BUT I am determined to stay on track.

    I am praying that it is simply because I added intervals and increased my running intensity and my body is just retaining water for the time being?
    Does anyone think this could be the reason for the gain on the scale?
  • Its highly unlikely you actually gained weight, you are probably just fluctuating a bit because of water and exercise, give it a few days and check again. I'm sure you will be down!
  • I would LOVE to lose 10 pounds by January! That would be amazing! And I'm 2/10ths of the way there.
  • HI all! It sounds like everyone is doing great!! I feel like I am losing sooooooooooooo slowly. Especially with how much I still have to lose. Ugh! I am trying to remind myself that even if I just keep going at the pace I am, that I will be under 200 by April-ish. Oh well......onward!

  • I'm bouncing around at 168ish, so I'm doing well. I had a weird day yesterday, feeling quite sad about a friendship that seems to have gone south for some reason, but I managed to not go too far off plan. A real victory for me.

  • My weigh in today was 133! I think that puts me 2 lbs down!
  • I finally got to weigh myself in the morning today...

    I guess I should be happy it's gone down, but it's still up from 156. I don't know... I guess I really did gain weight from Thanksgiving :S I don't know how I managed to gain that much though! XD

    Oh well, it's a challenge.
  • I MAINTAINED AT 207 (.8 & .6) OVER MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!

    Good job, me. I didn't really go off plan. I only had a 1/2 of a homemade (by me) cupcake at my birthday party and then another 1/2 of another kind (by me, lol) on my actual b-day yesterday. I'm doing GREAT!

    Back on track today, hoping to be down to the 206's by tomorrow or Wednesday.. WE GOT THIS!! Keeeeeeep gooooiiinnnngg!!!!

    I'm 145 right now so let's see how much I can lose by the 1st. I'm hoping for at least 7.

  • Hi all. Just popping in to post one more pound, but AF is here so this is probably where I will be until next week. How is everyone doing with holiday temptations? I haven't had too many issues except for a holiday Reese's cup situation yesterday. I think that was definitely a hormone problem though.

  • I'm so close to 206 that I could like, pee a little, and be there. Stupid ellusive 206, lol... Weigh in this morning was 207.2. Sigh. Leave water weight, LEAVE!!

    I'll keep going, stay on plan, drink my water and do my dvd and it WILL COME OFF. Keep going.. I gotta keep telling myself that!!
