I cant even imagine what you must have gone through emotionally and physically to lose 180+ lbs! i want to lose 100 and its so daunting and overwhelming... but then i look at you and your truly are an inspiration to those of us who want to lose a great deal of weight.... thank you! keep up the good work and im glad that your happy with yourself now <#
