    4.4?? AMAZiNG! Good job April!
  • Wow! You all are doing so good!!! I am pleased with my progress for the last few weeks, but now that I am getting used to school and my night classes and am ready to ramp up my efforts on weight loss.
  • down 3 lbs for the week to 210.4

Amazingly, I have already made my goal for this challenge! Now I'll see just how much more I can accomplish in 10 more weeks - I'd like to really be well on my way to Onederland by the end of this challenge!
  • Wooohooo April! NICE!!

I gained a pound this week but I am not too crushed. I know that bumping up the weight training is probably the reason. So I am hoping for a big drop next week.
  • Getting close! Dang, I almost made goal today! 172.7 lbs. Oh well, one more week to get it done!
  • so close, Josey! You have done fantastic because I know the weight doesn't come off as quickly once you get to where you are - and I am sure you will be there next week!
  • I'm down 2.2 for the week, and 3.8 below my goal for this challenge. I'm looking to finish strong and give myself a head start to get to my next major goals - first to get to Onederland, and after that, I will be trying to get my 3rd 10% loss by December 20. That also happens to be exactly when I will hit the overweight BMI category, so I'm very motivated to get there!
  • True. I am still amazed that I can lose pounds a week. I thought it would slow down much more. Well, I am not complaining! Working out a lot helps for sure. I went down 3 inches in 4 weeks too.

You are doing great yourself! Steady losses! Good job! Over 50 lbs is massive! Congrats!
  • Sunday's are my WI day so I'm using that as my final weight for this challenge.

My goal was to get to 212 - the second 10% of body weight. I ended up at 206 for the challenge, with a good head start on my next goals of Onederland, and then 191, which will be my 3rd 10% goal.
  • Congrats April!!!
Unfortunately I gained 2 pounds and didn't make the challenge :-(
