2) I was still feeling some effects from my Saturday carb refeed up until yesterday. 3) I haven't really been drinking enough water. 4) I cheated a bit on Monday night with some almond butter and chocolate (which means I'm skipping my free meal this week). To make it worse, I'm 8 days away from TOM so any day now I'll start retaining water from that. 
), but now it's going down again. I'm sure you'll see a drop soon. Just keep working at it, effort deserves as much praise as results!
