  • Today - 5-Day Slim Down (miles 2,3,4) weights and crunches
  • This morning: 2 Mile Burn Body Fat w/ 2# weights.

    I am taking a DVD with me this weekend to fiance's house. Get in at least one workout over the 3-day weekend.
  • I have returned to Leslie's workouts after years of not doing them. The first time I did them barefoot and got plantar fasciitis which didn't heal for almost a year. Now I'm wearing shoes!! I was using the ones on you tube until I ordered one and was surprised that you got a free video for a week when you did. It is a one mile and a two mile. I have been doing them each day for about 2 weeks except Sun.

    Bike month is over as of today. I plan on getting back to my "old" LS DVD's and just bike a few times per week. I pushed another 48 miles over the weekend and my bootie needs a rest.

    Saturday I did 2 miles. yesterday I cleaned house for 6 hours (yes it counts lol) and this morning I did 2 miles. I used the Walk Off 10 Pounds dvd.

    I sure wish Leslie would put out some new fast paced walking dvds!!!

    I can't believe that it is the end of May - WOW!

    I had a very lazy weekend, but did mow the lawn last night.

    I got back to it with the 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk w/ 2# weights this a.m. I've been trying to figure out how to modify the tap outs. I was told not to do any twisting of my knee. So I have been doing them but not doing any of the twisting. This morning instead of the twisting/turning I put my leg back behind and gave a good "squeeze" in the gluts....kind of like on the Boot Camp when you take your leg behind on the side steps.
  • Still doing the youtube videos but have ordered others. Some people don't like her talking but I think she is so inspiring.
