Just to keep everyone (including myself inspired)....29 months in maintenance, but still down 65 of the 75 I lost.

I have to follow strict dieting for 3-4 weeks every other month or so to keep it off. But I do let loose quite a bit in between.

    Stay motivated everyone
  • Thank you for the update! I am starting IP in the next few weeks and have very similar stats to lose - I would like to go from size 20 to a 10 or 8 (I don't think I have ever been in single digits... it is hard to even write that I aspire to it!) I was going to PM you and ask if you had managed to maintain the weight loss after P1 as that is my major concern, so your update is really helpful! You look amazing and so happy!
  • Holy cow, you look like a completely different person! And so much younger. Amazing, and congrats on keeping it off!
  • I just started Ip and this is truly inspiring !! Congrats
  • Amazing! Thanks for sharing!
  • I thought an update would be interesting. This is 3.5 years after hitting my goal. After 2.7 successful years, I have had a terrible 10 months and have regained almost half of my loss. I have gone from my size 8 to a size 12.

I started a reboot yesterday. I hope to be in nice loose 10's by Thanksgiving.

Bummed, but hoping I have stopped myself before I did more damage. On the bright side still have 45 pounds off.

Good news...6 weeks later and I have stuck it out...down 22 of those pounds I gained another 14 to go, fitting into size 10 nicely.

I hope to see more people post of their journey years later. Those beautiful goal pictures are great, but I have become more and more interested in where people are years later. It is amazing how the pounds can creep back on.
  • Way to go! Both on the initial loss, and then maintaining it as long as you did.. and now with the loss again.
  • Yeah...been on my reboot for 9.5 weeks and down 27 of the 35 I had gained (of my 80 pound loss). Almost back to my goal weight (8 to go). 5 years of living a healthier lifestyle!!!!!!!!!
  • You are doing great
