I hope you all had a wonderful Easter.
Friday - Fat Burning Walk (miles 1,2,4) and 2 mile walk at lunch
Saturday - 20.4 mile bicycle ride
Sunday - LS Yoga, crunches and weights
Interestingly though, my knee swelled and stiffened up over the weekend (probably our damp weather and all the standing I did), but once I get it moving, it's good.




I don't have any of those, you're on your own!
I'll try to work in some exercise this weekend. I haven't been doing that and think it might help me to get back to losing.
