Since V-day is on Monday, my husband and I decided to celebrate it early (when we both have time) on Saturday evening. We cooked at home:
Grilled filet mignon (with butter, salt, pepper)
Sauteed, sliced yellow squash and zucchini
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Romaine lettuce with dressing (Ken's Northern Italian Basil and Romano)
(and a little off-plan merlot, lol
