    This is the motivation I need because I bake and am extremely busy this time of the year, so this will keep me focused on tasting less! lol

    Ok, so I'm back from a week long vacation and am up quite a bit to 151.4. I"m going to make that number back down starting now!! I"m hoping it's mostly due to TOM is around the corner, & I have a bad cold. I definitely splurged and drank too much though, so I'm sure some of that is a real gain. I'm back on track!

    Pinkflower, I don't know if this one was a binge or just carelessness. No one was home while I was cooking and that is not a good thing, I didn't do too much sampling but there were 4 starches which spells disaster . We are doing the same thing this weekend with my Mom here so I'm let you know what I weigh the morning of and the next morning and we will see if I did better. Had I measured everything and not ate all of the starches I know I would have done better. I tried to avoid pasta and bread as much as possible. Glad to have you back partner
