  • Ms. Perception - I'm doing the same thing, only I eat weight loss calories for 3-5 days and then eat a "restaurant meal" or pint of ice cream or something else dumb because I figure "once a week won't really matter." And it doesn't....if I want to maintain. Grrr - so frustrated with myself!

    I've never worked so hard to gain weight. WTF? I thought the LAST ten pounds was supposed to be the hardest, not the SECOND ten pounds! Glad to see that everyone else is heading in the right direction. Fern, you are going to do it again! WOW!
