    GiggleGoddess - What I do is calorie count and 30-60 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week. It's a lifestyle change for me, so I don't really follow any plans, such as WW or South Beach, etc - I just started eating a more balanced diet (veggies + fruit + lean meats + whole grains + fiber).
