I will stay on plan today because I am sick to death of working really hard and seeing results....only to get comfortable and relax a little and see the scale bounce up and down three or four pounds repeatedly!
The one reason I will stay on plan tomorrow is because I WANT to see the number on the scale descend! I WANT TO lose 2 lbs this week! I CAN do this!! Going to bed with that mentality
I'm staying on plan because tonight after we worked out, my sister handed me a stack of clothes she doesn't wear anymore. My sister. The 'skinny one'. And while the pants (size 10) won't fit for awhile, I can wear her hand-me-down shirts. I was never able to share clothes with her before. It's a big milestone for me.
Congratulations on the NSV, ThisToo --- not just that now you can share clothes with your sister, but also that SHE could tell you could share clothes.
I will stay on plan today because that 5% challenge is scaring me big time --- LOL! And because I simply feel so much better RIGHT NOW when I eat right and do a little moving --- I don't even have to wait to get to a mini-goal to enjoy that!
