  • I will stay on plan today because I am sick to death of working really hard and seeing results....only to get comfortable and relax a little and see the scale bounce up and down three or four pounds repeatedly!

    I will stay on plan today because that 5% challenge is scaring me big time --- LOL! And because I simply feel so much better RIGHT NOW when I eat right and do a little moving --- I don't even have to wait to get to a mini-goal to enjoy that!
