I think anyone who has struggled with their weight will always look for that quick fix but I have realized, it did not take a week to put all this weight on and it surely won't take just a week to get it off.
I started weight watchers a year ago this month (for the 3rd time). At first I wanted to lose weight so that my husband and I could start trying to have a baby.... I am now losing weight to feel good, get healthy and show my EX husband (now), just how hot I am!
as of this saturdays weigh in I have now lost 51.6 lbs and even though I know that is great.... it just seems like it is taking FOREVER. I have so much more to lose and I am kind of at a stand still so I joined a gym finally. I go 6 days a week now (for the last 3 weeks).... I am just hoping I can keep motivated and keep loosing.Ok, sorry to just ramble on... but I am glad to have found a site that has others that understand the frustration of dieting.... Have a good night!

and I found this community. I cannot thank you all enough for saving me from being scammed, and for being here!
- and put it in my pocketbook. I now have it on my desk and decided to research this as the add is VAGUE - and low and behold - here are all the posts from very dissatisfied customers - thank you for saving me some $$ - I've been working out long and hard and just can't get the last 10 to budge... but I guess I'll have to do it the old fashioned way -... UGH. Thanks again for saving my money and probably my health
