today i'm back to a more "normal" meal day... with the exception of dinner, i think that i will be going to olive garden... carb heaven!
haha, but i usually get soup and salad there anyway... is there a better option for phase one?i think i will go with the minestrone soup (and skip my way around the shell noodles) as it is a low fat option with only 100 calories per bowl. and of course, the endless salad...
i think we should all pat ourselves on the back for starting our weightloss journeys before the new year! cheers to us chickies!
