  • Wow - what a wonderful illustration! Congratulations on your weight loss. It really makes me shudder when I think of what carrying this weight is doing to my body...
  • Wow that is amazing!
  • Talk about an American Idol!
    You are mine.
I just started this journey a few weeks ago.
    I hope to be 100 lbs lighter by Christmas 2009. I'm down 9 lbs...so, I'm almost 10% there.
Thanks for the pictures. Guess I need to take some, so someday I can encourage someone the way you encouraged me today.

    God bless,
    Donna

  • Congratulations, you look fantastic!

I'm one of those who's working on losing dog food - mine comes in 10kg sacks, and my aim is to lose 5.5 sacks by Christmas 2009.

I've lost nearly 1.5 sacks since I first began, of which .6 of a sack since my January re start.

I can easily shoulder one bag from the supermarket to the car but it definitely weighs me down and I wouldn't like to walk far! Oy, what we do to ourselves.....
  • Quote: It's part of our business. Soapmakers use coconut oil, and we sell this to them. Not to mention lifting 50 pound buckets is a great workout !
Hey! I'm a soapmaker I easily recognize those buckets
  • I love the visual! You look stunning by the way
