So, yesterday wasn't so good...
1. I didn't have anything pre-made in the fridge for when I don't feel like cooking
2. I skipped lunch because I didn't feel like cooking
3. Dinner plans changed and I went out for pizza. That wasn't off-program in itself, but I had an extra piece of pizza instead of more salad and felt guilty
4. This all led to a binge afterward. ARGH!
Uh, yeah.
So, today I am actually cooking so that I won't run into this problem again.
B: Toast with hummus and cucumber
S: LF ice cream sandwich, salad
L: Ground Beef Green Bean Casserole, bulgur
D: Tacos, cucumbers
