  • It's totally normal to lose lots of weight in the first few weeks. It'll slow down.

    The concern with super-fast weight loss is that it usually only comes with unhealthy dieting. If you're eating heathily and getting a reasonable number of calories, it's perfectly ok to lose extra at the beginning.
