DDR is a really great game to shed pounds/calories while having fun.
It is a little hard to begin with, 100percent - but mine has a workout step thing that keeps off the 8th notes. Because, well, let's just say it's an option for uncoordinated people. xD Your game might have it too. I have DDR MAX 2.

I take them continuously to prevent having a period, because my time of the month was usually spent in the hospital in intense pain. On the plus side, I don't suffer from monthly bloating, which is nice! LOL 
im having a terrible time, ive eaten way too much today because after getting on the scale this morning i was so upset!
Its terrible that i turn to food for comfort, and i really shouldnt, but its so hard not to. So right now i am sitting at about 165. I remember after i had lost some weight last summer i was 150 and i was so upset that i weighed that much. Now i would LOVE to see 150 on the scale.
My new goals for the end of each month:
