  • Hi guys I am finally here!! was away this weekend and dealing with the stress of having to move w/a month notice. Buying a condo tho and move in day is the 28th of next month woohoo!!! but I tell you its nothing like finding out that your apartment is selling the whole place and you have a month to move...talk about NO NOTICE!!! anyway hope everyone has a great day...stay op!

    I am so glad I get to play in your challenge, my WI day is Saturday so I am working out to make it all count . . .

    Andrea, one question, (OK, one MORE question) At the end of the week, I am assuming that you add up all the weight lost for each team. Then is that the numbers you go by OR do you add them up and divide by the number of people playing; thus giving you and average weight loss per person?

    I am the new kid on the block and am so excited to be on the FLEX TEAM, we are gonna ROCK core.

    to make yourself a tracker:

    1st: near the top of the posts, look for "User CP" click on it
    2nd: when you are on the new page, on the left hand side, click on "Edit signature"
    3rd: when you are on the new page, there is a blue-checked bar with a tweety bird, click on that.
    4th: pick out the "bar you want"
    5th: pick out the "slider" you want.

    My "bar" is the flowers, my "slider" is the butterfly

  • Hi all, I made it. Andrea, I would say maybe I agree with the one person, Have like Sat. or Sunday the day we report our weight, but I would say report what we were at for WI at WW that week. My scale is different from WW scale and mine does not even do decimal places it just rounds to nearest pound, so I hate to use that. I would ssay it would not matter what our wi day is, we just report it to you on a certain day from whenever we weighed in that week then the next week we wi and report it to you on day you want it. so day you want it, yes we may have changed a little,like if you wi on monday and you do nto want it till sat, might have lost some weight during week, but that will show up then the following week, it will all pan out. i want to use my weight from ww not my scale. let me know though how we are doing it.
