Okay.. here it goes.. I say we all crack open our frightful bag of shiritaki noodles and make the veggie pie Cassi posted today.. I'm going to make it Friday night.

Who dares to walk into the dark world of the untested tofu noodles with me!!

Kristen: I will make them tomorrow. I already ate dinner. You found them? Or do you mean next Friday?

Next Friday.. the 19th.. I'd do Friday the 13th if we could.. SCARY!!

Ok, I will make a recipe with the noodles next Friday night.

I will make a different recipe so we can compare

Hey ladies! I am going to try this fun stuff also! So starting Monday, it's TO for me! I am going to use oranges though (Clemintines would be OK too, right?)
I ordered my wedding dress on Thursday a size too small, so I would like to be down a size by Feb 22 when it comes in....think that's doable? I hope so!

Enjoy your last two days of FOOD!!! Real FOOD!!
I've done my journal for the week, got my cantelopes for Mon/Tues, have my Slimfast chillin in the fridge and every dinner for Wed-Sun is using shrimp or fish! Just need to grab some cheese strings and I'm good to go!

Rhonda I found the Shiritaki noodles at Whole Foods Market. they had an expriry date of May 07 so I bought for bags.. hmm something with a shelf life that long that we are putting in our bodies!!

I am going to start my menu planning soon and I will go to the store to get what I need. I just am trying to figure out if I want to do it with oranges or juice.

So that's it. I am a bit of a hippee at heart, so I really like it!

I am excited to get started on Monday! The way the weather looks we may be frozen in here for the weekend with a freezer full of Frozen pizza (although I did buy a good salad and lots of fruit yesterday so that should be helpful! I need to put the V8 in the fridge!)
